Job Summary

The Finance Manager (Corporate) provides expertise in BURSA regulations, accounting standards compliance, and group reporting. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and analysis while driving process and policy improvements. Key responsibilities include overseeing critical financial operations, coordinating with external auditors, supporting tax compliance, and advancing sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all BURSA compliance matters, including announcements, disclosures, and reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual group consolidation reports, trend analysis, and variance reporting at the group level.
  • Coordinate and prepare financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and coordinate income tax reporting requirements for internal and external purposes.
  • Prepare monthly group financial reports and provide group financial information as required by bankers.
  • Perform thorough reviews to ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate group secretarial and legal matters to maintain organizational compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audit processes and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Manage group tax computations, planning, and compliance, while liaising with tax agents.
  • Serve as Secretary to the Sustainability Steering Committee, ensuring effective documentation and coordination.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects or initiatives to improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements:

⢠Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in accounting, i.e. CPA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent.
⢠Proven experience in financial reporting, compliance, and group consolidation.
⢠Strong knowledge of BURSA regulations and accounting standards compliance.
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
⢠Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
⢠Experience in coordinating with external auditors and managing tax compliance.
